日本**3件 美国**1件 新案登记1件 德国专利申请中 英国**1件 SHIMACLOID齿轮泵是特别针对齿轮泵内较重要齿轮,采用前千叶工业大学教授五百井仁博士的SHIMACLOID (一点连续接触之BITCH点中心圆弧齿轮)齿轮构想,运用岛津丰富的齿轮泵制造经验及技术,将此型齿轮*有 的优越特性予以**活用,所全新开发出之较高效率的泵浦。 一点连续接触齿轮 Involute齿轮一般有2点以上的咬合处,此咬合处如图2(左)所示,会产生从外面进来液体被遮断锁住的现象,这些被遮断锁住之处的容积,会随着齿轮转动时而增大或缩小,所以缩小时会出现(出口侧)高压,而增大时(入口侧)会因负压状态出现空洞。此乃导致齿轮泵发生震动、噪音、轴动力增大或发生气泡…等等的原因。正因如此,一般会在齿轮侧面处设置润滑沟,或采用斜齿轮(Helical)等措施来防止此类的问题。然而因条件不同,有时也会出现不如意其效果的情形。这是Involute齿轮无法避免的缺点之一。 针对此点,一点连续接触齿轮的咬合正如图2所示,没有液体遮断锁住的情形。此为一点连续接触齿轮较大的特点。 SHIMACLOID齿轮 岛津依据五百井仁博士针对PUMP用齿轮所提出之异於传统齿型解析法的崭新理论开发出SHIMACLOID齿轮。有关一点连续接触齿轮为泵浦用齿轮中较佳选择,已经获得海外*广大的回响。 SHIMACLOID齿轮和其他的一点连续接触齿轮相较,有以下之优点: 1.齿尖及齿座之处,因Bitch点中心做成圆弧,不滑脱接触。(滑脱率仅止於Bitch圆附近,之外为0。)因此传动动力的 损失和齿面磨耗较少。 2.齿数与Bitch圆直径等同,因齿槽大吐出量也大。 3.齿数与压力角的官关系,因较贴近理论, 可做出小齿数齿轮:齿轮可小型化。 压力角可变小:轴套Bearing负担被减轻 SHIMACLOID齿轮泵 SHIMACLOID齿轮泵采用较为理想的齿轮,并对PUMP内部做了特殊设计,因此具备其他PUMP所没有的特点。 特点 1.动力消耗少 齿轮(咬合部、外周,侧面)磨擦所导致的动力损失较小,此 外由于齿轮压力角设定成较佳条件,所以和其他PUMP相 较下,对轴套Bearing的负担有明显的减轻。 2.可高速运转 和相同容量的其他PUMP相较因齿轮小之故(外周速低),更 可以高速运转。譬如说其他的PUMP用6较马达串联驱动 的时候,岛津PUMP只要4较马达串联即可驱动。 3.无脉动 设计合理的齿轮角度(Angle of torsion),完全没有吐出量或回转力的脉动。 4.回转安静 无液体闭锁所引起的振动或噪音,运转较为平顺。 5.使用寿命长 因滑脱率小,齿轮摩损较少,即使长期使用也不影响性能。 在Bearing及齿轮侧面的主动部使用特殊轴套合金,此外 Bearing采用强制给油循环,此部分的耐磨耗性能非常优异。 6.优良的安全阀性能 内藏Dumping chamber压差式安全阀,其构造经特别设计, 阀不会震动,而且Overrade压力比过去小,全量压力时马 达动力较小即可 构造PUMP本体内加工成两条平行的孔道构造,可装入1对与轴(Shaft)一体成形的齿轮(Gear)与4个轴套(Bearing)。构造简易,拆装方便。 SHIMACLOID齿轮数与压力角吻合理论,因此齿数仅6只可小型化,流体磨擦损失少,马达动力消耗小,此外亦可高速回转。 Bearing使用特殊轴套合金,同时兼具齿轮侧板功能。因Bearing没有被完全固定,在内部压力下向外推出,可和齿轮侧面之间保持适当的间隙。Bearing的润滑使用PUMP内部的油压来自动强制给油。 轴封(Seal)采用Oil seal,因安装在前Cover上,不需要将PUMP全部拆解即可更换,十分便利。此外,Oil seal耐压比一般低,为了不让此处之吐出压力过高,让此一部分与PUMP吸入侧互通,以防止压力上升。 安全阀装设在本体上方与入出口贯通的开口上,异常压力上升时,为保护PUMP或配管,液体会从PUMP吐出侧回流至吸入侧(压差式)。此外,Dumping chamber有周详的设计,阀体不会震动,而且在较小的Over rade压力下全量流动时,全量压力时,马达输出较少即可驱动。若不需使用安全阀时,可预先做Blind cover。
